Reform of the law of descent - what changes?

Tuesday 14th May - 2:00 to 2:50 PM

Presentation language: German
This event will take place online.

The current law of descent is outdated and in need of correction.

The traditional understanding of 'Mother, Father, Child' as defined by the existing law of descent excludes many other family constellations or makes it difficult for them to achieve recognized parenthood. Queer parents have long been fighting for reform to finally eliminate legal inequalities.

What does the key points paper for the reform of descent law entail? Who benefits? And what is missing?

We look forward to an exchange!
