Prospective students must have completed their initial teacher education and have three years teaching experience to enrol in the masters programme in International Mathematics Education. Teachers at all grade levels will participate, and the modules have been designed to serve the different needs of teachers with a range of backgrounds and teaching contexts.
To apply for a seminar or the masters programme, please use our application form[PDF] (789 KB). In addition, we need a copy (scan) of your teaching qualification certificate (or equivalent) and proof of three years' teaching experience (a letter from the school or something similar).
In addition, if you are applying for the masters programme, we ask you to send us a statement of interest, including:
Submit the completed and signed application form, as well as your documents listed above, by the application deadline (see below). Documents not in English or German must be accompanied by a certified translation. Application forms and documentation can be submitted electronically, but the signed form must also be sent by post.

Note:
Applications will be evaluated and accepted as they arrive. Once all places are filled, further applications will be evaluated for admission in the following year. Apply early to avoid disappointment.
The seminars and the masters programme can not offered if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case the participants will be informed no later than 10 days before the start of the course and all fees paid for the course will be refunded.
Should it be impossible to successfully complete a continuing education course within a reasonable time, all fees paid to date will be refunded.
