in 2007 the University of Bremen has been awarded with the ERASMUS UNIVERSITY CHARTA[PDF] (1.1 MB). The EUC is valid until 2013 and allows the University to participate in ERASMUS acitivities.
Under the EU ERASMUS program, students of Bremen University can spend between 3 and 12 months studying their subject at one of Bremen’s EU partner universities. Prerequisite is the existence of a bilateral ERASMUS agreement between the Faculty you are enrolled in and the partner university. Here you will find a list of bilateral agreements: European Partner Universities[XLS] (200 KB)
Mobility grant in an average amount of 150 euros per month
Applications should be submitted online. Additionally, a set of signed documents must be passed on to the ERASMUS representative[PDF] (39 KB) for your Faculty. The ERASMUS representatives decide on the allocation of the study places available. They will also provide you with information on the recognition of study credits obtained abroad and other formal and linguistic requirements.
Deadline for the submission of applications is 15th February for the whole of the following academic year. If there are any places left ― ask the respective ERASMUS representative ― you may still be able to apply after this date.
