Mr Lüttgens is responsible for the research and expert data base FOREX-Navi and the online service provided by the University’s central research funding unit, as well as for administration of the program to acquire external funding. In addition, he leads the research commission’s administrative office and runs the program to promote the acquisition of third-party funding.
