The University actively pursues the goal of marketing its intellectual property by entering into agreements for cooperation projects flanked by licensing schemes. Since summer 2010 the University possesses yet another possibility for cooperation: "Campus GmbH". The university subsidiary Uni Bremen Campus GmbH has opened up a special business segment, providing researchers with the opportunity to carry out their own development projects on the University campus. It takes care of
project management and organizational matters. In this way cooperation between science and the economy is given a sustainable stimulus and the provision of research services is facilitated.
