Our everyday work revolves around communication: We roll out press releases (in the German language), publicize lecture series, periodicals, magazines and brochures, and we also organize press conferences and are present at events like information days.

• We can provide you with information on the University’s offerings, services, and everything concerning the teaching activities and research carried out at the University of Bremen
• We will help you to establish contacts to experts in all fields
• We report on University life and campus activities
• We do everything we can to make the development of the University transparent

Our mission is to:

• furnish the public with insights into science,
• promote dialog between science and the economy,
• enable participation in internal discourse on the institution’s goals and self-conception.

To ensure optimum dissemination of press releases, the University Press Office is also affiliated to Informationsdienst Wissenschaft (IDW).
