As leader of the editorial team and Head of the University Press Office, Eberhard Scholz is the University of Bremen's main contact person for all media matters. Besides this, he is chiefly involved with editing the news periodical Bremer Uni-Schlüssel, the University's internal news periodical, and the research magazine "Impulse". Eberhard Scholz deals with inquiries from journalists, is responsible for press releases, organizes press conferences, and accompanies organized groups visiting the University campus. In addition to this, he organizes the lecture series "Eine Uni für Alle".

Bianca Lühring

Bianca Lühring is bureau manageress of the University Press Office and the central contact person for all manner of inquiries. Among other things, she is contact person for the media wall in the Glass Entrance Hall. From 2001 to 2005 Bianca Lühring was working for the Psychology Department. She retunred to the University of Bremen in April 2009, following a four-year period spent abroad.

Angelika Rockel edits articles for the University news periodical, the Bremer Uni-Schlüssel (BUS), conducts guided tours of the campus, deals with journalists' questions, and issues press releases. She also assesses the publicity value of student theses and thei suitablility for dissemination to the wider media audience.

Meike Mossig is also part of the editorial team of the Press Office. She is your contact person for press releases, the Press Office presence in facebook and twitter as well as the media wall in the Glass Entrance Hall. She is also responsible for the University Yearbook and journalists' questions and inquiries; and she writes articles for the Bremer Uni-Schlüssel (BUS).

Kai Uwe Bohn

Kai Uwe Bohn, another member of the editorial team, deals mainly with the research magazines highlights, the Uni-Veranstaltungskalender [event calendar], the Bremer Uni-Schlüssel (BUS) and press releases. He, too, answers journalists' questions and inquiries.

As content manager, Mirja Uschkureit is the person in the Press Office responsible for the University website. She is also the person to contact for matters concerning the portal for University employees. In addition to this, she is responsible for the concept and content of the Bremer Wissenschaftsportal [Bremen science portal].
