Every four weeks in term time, in individual sessions we will check and discuss with you the application papers that you have prepared. Grammar, style, vocabulary, and contents will be looked at and commented on for you to get an idea about possible improvements.

This presentation will include: Tips how to write an application in English, writing a CV (Lebenslauf) and a cover letter (Anschreiben).

In order to get maximum benefit from this presentation, please bring a copy of your CV and cover letter in English with you.

This presentation will be held in English. Participants should have good English skills and be willing to contribute actively.

Die World Affairs Society (WAS) ist eine Arbeitsgemeinschaft, die aus Studierenden der Universität Bremen besteht. WAS organisiert die Teilnahme an internationalen Simulationskonferenzen. Dieser Kurs richtet sich vor allem an Studierende im FB 8. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Teilnahmebedingungen sind die Bereitschaft zur Einhaltung von Vereinbarungen und der aktiven Mitarbeit sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Leistungsanforderung ist die Teilnahme an mindestens einer internationalen Simulationskonferenz.
