Join this online session "Focus, Motivation, Balance: Creating Your Own Healthy (Working) Habits During the Doctorate" and discover strategies to thrive throughout your academic journey. We'll talk about the risks to your mental health during your PhD and explore strategies to counteract them, as well as habits that will increase your focus, motivation and balance. Engage in exercises to reflect on your personal ways to recharge and to find moments of joy while navigating your doctorate.

Trainer: Dr. Marie Saade
Dr. Marie Saade is part of the Bremen Early Career Researcher Development Team. Here she works as a consultant for doctoral researchers, coach, mental health first aider and regular host of the “Shut Up and Write” sessions and “Thesis Bootcamps”. She also runs our peer coaching program “Teaming Up”. She holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Heidelberg University.
