While complexity increases in most work places modern leadership needs to adapt to reach successful results and high performance as a team. Furthermore studies show that long used motivational systems do not show the same success anymore and frameworks that make leaders successful are evolving.

In this seminar you will get to know the main trends in modern leadership and their causes to actively navigate these, prepare yourself to become a successful modern leader and develop leadership skills that are attractive to your future employers.
