Subject	In everyday (work) life we often use skills automatically, without being aware of it. People often do not remember here they learned these competencies or do not assess their skills – and therefor it is difficult for them to denominate them or describe their potential. In a job (or for your time as a student) self-awareness and knowledge of one's own strengths are necessary in order to: shape your profile learn, what kind of work environment might be beneficial for you develop strategies for future plans negotiate conditions (for jobs etc) In the joint workshop and in the individual preparation phase, we use biographical exercises, specific ability tools, a personality tool and a cooperative negotiation model. There will be room for exchange and feedback. Goals: The participants know and assess their personal strengths are able to establish the connection between competences and events from their biography reflect their needs and dreams can communicate confidently Registrations for July run from 17 April to Thursday, 19 June 2025 via https://elearning.uni-bremen.de/ (Event Search / Search in Course Catalogue / Interdisciplinary Study Programmes / Career Center under: Gender & diversity competences).
