As digitisation progresses, a digital education space is being established that takes into account all areas of teaching and study, meets the requirements of a modern university in terms of attractiveness both internally and externally, and positions the University of Bremen for future challenges in the field of education.
Digitalisation permeates and promotes all areas of a university, in addition to teaching and studying (e-learning), also research (e-science) and administration (e-administration). The aim is to coordinate the interdepartmental service and development processes (e.g. learning platform, examination platform, examination management, course planning) and offer them in an integrated manner.
