Consulting on implementation
Consulting on gender and diversity-related measures in coordinated DFG projects
Are you looking for a qualified trainer who can lead the workshop on gender- and diversity-sensitive recruitment processes that you have planned? Or would you like to offer career coaching to the female doctoral students in your CRC? Perhaps you would like to purchase a mobile children's playroom for your research team? If so, please feel free to contact us with your questions.
As part of the consulting services for implementation, we support you and your ongoing research projects in realizing the goals and measures you have set for equal opportunities and diversity. To evaluate specific needs in your group, we conduct demand analyses, etc. At the same time, we can also recommend suitable trainers, coaches, and advisers whom you can request for the appropriate measures. Last but not least, we support you in ensuring that the funding from the equal opportunities fund is spent in accordance with the guidelines set out by the DFG.
Our implementation consulting covers a wide range of topics. In addition to our consulting services on measures for individual projects, we also offer support in implementing and financing cross-project events, for example together with other projects in a pooling procedure. We also coordinate the Network Equal Opportunities in Research Associations at the University of Bremen. It offers research associations diverse opportunities to share information and experiences with colleagues. The Network-Newsletter further allows to stay informed on all things Gender and Diversity.
