The Equal Opportunities Office supports gender-equitable human resource development. We provide services such as trainings, workshops and mentoring programs geared to the specific needs of students, researchers and staff and which, in particular, encourage and back women to find their way into and within academia. One of our aims is to increase the proportion of women at all qualification and career levels in science and academia – on undergraduate and doctoral level as well as in the postdoc phase.
