Additionally, we aim to engage in dialogue with individuals with caregiving responsibilities and help them discover their own 'informal family competencies.'</p> <p>We will begin with a presentation sharing our extensive practical experiences from the university setting. Following that, we will introduce our ideas on the theme 'CARE MAKES COMPETENT' and demonstrate the wealth of family competencies.</p> <p>Studies indicate that many of these family competencies have a positive impact on both career and academic pursuits. Subsequently, we will shift perspectives and accompany you in uncovering your own diverse competencies.
