Then we'll take a look at the lived experiences of these individuals: What experiences do trans* and non-binary people actually have in university life?</p> <p>How can we interact with these groups competently and without fear? What pitfalls should we avoid, and with what linguistic tricks can we finally include everyone?</p> <p>Né Fink will present in an uncomplicated and practical manner how a natural and competent approach to the topic of gender diversity is possible in everyday work (correspondence, forms, personal contact).
