The Annual Meeting of the Southern Political Science Association was held in a hybrid format on January 13-15 this year. Michael Rochlitz took part in the online conference within a conference “Politics of Authoritarian Regimes”. He was a discussant on the “Media in Authoritarian Regimes” panel and also presented his paper “Authoritarian durability, prospects of change and individual behavior: Evidence from a survey experiment in Russia” (co-authored by Yulia Khalikova, Olga Masyutina and Koen Schoors).
