Successful kick-off event of the hydrogen project hyBit

From 15-17.11.2022, the official kick-off event of the large-scale hydrogen research project "hyBit - Hydrogen for Bremen's Industrial Transformation" took place in Bremen with almost 100 participants. The project deals with hydrogen centers in northern Germany, with a focus on the establishment and research of a hydrogen hub at the industrial port of Bremen.

Our working group contributes its expertise in innovation and structural economics to the project and was represented at the kick-off event by Philip Kerner. The kick-off event focused on the interdisciplinary dialog between the project partners. In various formats, such as poster sessions and workshops, important foundations for further cooperation were developed and deepened. In addition to this intensive and fruitful exchange, exciting insights were gained through the tour of the steel mill in the industrial port, which plays a central role in the project.

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the very successful organization of the kick-off event and look forward to further cooperation!
