Katharina Friz presented research results at the Statistics Week

On September 12, 2019, Katharina Friz, together with Patrick Wolf from the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research (ZSW), presented research results of the BMBF-funded project "NEO-Indicators" at the Statistical Week at the University of Trier.

The overall objective of the project is to develop an indicator system for the exemplarily selected technology field "e-mobility", which includes both the changes in the relevant actors that occur over time ("population dynamics") and the changes in networking structures ("networking dynamics"). Building on this, a series of novel indicators will be developed that represent the output of research and development. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Stifterverband, FOM Hochschule Essen and the ZSW.

The Statistical Week took place this year from September 10 to 13, 2019 at the University of Trier and was organized by the German Statistical Society together with the Association of German City Statisticians and the German Society for Demography. The conference aims to bring together participants from all fields of statistics and to facilitate an interdisciplinary exchange.
