Nerina Guri receives a doctoral scholarship from the DAAD

Good news in difficult times – the junior researcher, Nerina Guri, will receive a doctoral fellowship from the German Academic Exchange Service to continue her academic career at the Chair of Empirical Economic Research and Gender in the School of Business and Economics at Freie Universität Berlin.

We congratulate Nerina Guri very warmly and look forward to further academic cooperation.

Nerina Guri studied economics at the University of Prishtina (Bachelor) and received her Master's degree in gender, development and globalisation at the London School of Economics (LSE). In 2018 she completed a research stay at the University of Bremen, which was supported by the Bremen Early Career Researcher Development (BYRD). Since then, scientific cooperation and joint publication activities have continued. Her scientific interests include economic development and inequality, with a special focus on gender.
