Melanie Mesloh studied Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen (B.A., 2016) and Business Administration (M.Sc., 2018) at the University of Bremen. Since August 2020, she is an external doctoral student in the research group of Prof. Dr. Jutta Günther. In her main occupation is a researcher at the Hamburg Institute of International Economics. Her dissertation deals with the economic development and innovation activities in post-socialist countries.
