Research interests

Jana Purnhagen studied public health, prevention and health promotion. During her studies, she focused on gender-sensitive health science research, addiction and drug research, and the concept of empowerment through co-productive collaboration with people who have experience with psychiatry within the healthcare system. As a research assistant, she deals with health-promoting urban development, environmental justice, and transdisciplinary research approaches.
