In her project, funded by the Central Research Development Fund for three years, Dr. Fabienne Pradella investigates the impacts of heat during pregnancy on maternal health in West Africa with a focus on how these impacts are shaped by social inequalities.

Research on “Männerschuppen”: New Guidelines and Additional Funding

Establishing “Männerschuppen” as community meeting places for men aged 50 and older is the goal of the new “Männerschuppen” project at the University of Bremen. It is now supported by the European Social Fund. In addition, new guidelines for planning and implementing “Männerschuppen" are available.
