On May 20, 2021, Michael Rochlitz presented his joint book with Alexander Libman (FUB), "Federalism in China and Russia: Story of Success and Story of Failure?", at a seminar at the Centre for Baltic and East European Studies (CBEES), Södertörn University. The book came out in 2019 and offers a comparative analysis of center-region relations in Russia and in China.
