This month three PhD candidates at the Chair of Institutional Economics joined Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS) – Ekaterina Vorobeva and Michael Richter as affiliated fellows, and Olga Masyutina as an adjunct fellow.

BIGSSS was created in 2007 through the Excellence Initiative of the German Federal and State Governments, and is an inter-university institution supported by the University of Bremen and Jacobs University Bremen

BIGSSS Fellowship Program offers an excellent opportunity for doctoral researchers to be involved in the academic exchange with fellow PhD students at BIGSSS, get advice and feedback from the BIGSSS faculty, attend various courses and lectures and present research at the weekly BIGSSS colloquium.
