On August 14-20, 2022, Ekaterina Vorobeva participated in the Summer School on Migration and Development that took place at Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. The Summer School was organised by Geographic Migration Centre in cooperation with IMISCOE, the largest network of migration scholars. Around 80 Master’s and PhD students as well as representatives of NGOs and migration-related international organisations from more than 40 countries gathered together for one week to discuss latest developments in migration studies, share ideas and present ongoing research projects. Keynote speeches were delivered by leading experts in the field such as Marie Price (the George Washington University), Brenda Yeoh (National University of Singapore), and Tanja Bastia (the University of Manchester).
