Staff mobility

Erasmus Mobility for teaching staff

Within the framework of the ERASMUS Programme, teaching staff may apply for a guest lectureship at an ERASMUS partner university. To be eligible, you have to be a teacher at the University of Bremen; this includes doctoral students/research associates with a teaching contract at Bremen University.

A lectureship usually lasts for one or two weeks with at least 8  teaching hours during the first week. You can apply online to the International Office of the University of Bremen.

It is also possible to invite European company representatives (who must not be members of a partner university) for a guest lectureship. In general, under the Erasmus+ Programm, the home university will bear the costs; in this case, however, the inviting University of Bremen will cover the cost of the stay.

Please note: if you are teacher and want to take part in a European training programme, you will have to apply via the Staff Mobility Programme.

All further information on the Erasmus + Programme as well as the online application link can be found on the website of the International Office
