The moot court is intended for students from the fourth semester onwards who are interested in labour law and have not yet fulfilled all requirements for the state compulsory subject examination by the registration deadline (23 June 2023).

You will compete in teams of  two or three and have the unique opportunity to participate in a simulated legal case before federal judges while still at university.

We would like you to take part in this competition and will support you in the framework of a preparatory programme in cooperation with the Labour Court Bremen-Bremerhaven and Bremen law firms.

If you should decide to participate, you can obtain the following certificates for your course of study:

• key qualification, § 27 Examination Regulations
• certificate in accordance with § 31 para. 2 no. 4, 5 Examination Regulations in the area of specialisation labour and social law

Those interested shoud register with the work teams Schneider and Kolbe (preferably by e-mail to Mr Klintis Gakovi: klintisprotect me ?!uni-bremenprotect me ?!.de). After submitting your contact details you will the receive information sheet of the Federal Labour Court on the procedure of the competition. We will discuss the preparatory programme in Bremen with you when the applications have been registered.
