Bachelor/Master

Within the framework of the  Hanse Law School (HLS), the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and the University of Bremen offer the Bachelor's programme "Comparative and European Law (HLS)" as well as the consecutive Master's programme "Transnational Law (HLS)". Both programmes have been accredited.

The Bachelor's programme has the objective of imparting an in-depth knowledge of German law and the law of selective nations in orientation towards European law and its social and political foundations, based on an integrated comparative law approach. The Master's programme has a scientifically oriented approach, imparting knowledge on the transnational dimensions of law.

The Hanse Law School offers a modern, future orientated programme of legal studies with innovative teaching methods, a European education and the international degrees "Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)" and "Master of Laws (LL.M.)".

Both degrees qualifiy for career opportunities in international and European institutions, associations and organisations as well as international companies. The Master's degree also qualifies for an academic career.
