The aim of job evaluation is to ensure that employees receive adequate performance-related pay. The job evaluation therefore begins with an assessment of the activity to be carried out. Criteria, such as, for example, the level of difficulty of the tasks to be completed or the required expertise, form the basis of job evaluation.

In order to have your job evaluation checked, please fill out the appropriate form (for technical and administration staff as well as for research assistants) and send it via the Personnel Department to Staff Unit 08.
