The programme explores women’s self-presentation and their self-assured posing for the camera. Nudity and its concealment play a central role in the formally diverse representations of the female body within this programme. The formats range from vivid theatrical productions to home video clips to classic documentaries, all of which offer unusual perspectives on the hype surrounding youth, failing gender relationships, and questions of sexiness and desire.
