In 2025, the Language Center of the Universities in the Land of Bremen celebrated its 30th anniversary, which was marked by various events throughout the year. In the run-up to the anniversary, we asked our teachers, former and current colleagues at the SZHB, as well as our cooperation partners to send us a recipe for publication, whereby we deliberately used the term “recipe” in a broad sense. Fortunately, many responded to this call, and the result is a diverse and colorful collection of recipes that not only beautifully reflects the diverse composition of our team, but also offers great ideas for cooking, learning, baking, and smiling.
