Ordnungsmittel

Each university in Germany regulates its own administrative affairs by statutes . (Link Wikipedia or similar https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satzung_(%C3%B6ffentliches_Recht). All statutes which are closely related to the implementation of study courses are collectively called “Regulations”. Behind this rather sober term hides a process that touches all aspects of a study program: Access to and admission to the program, the course of studies, module exams or internships. We accompany you in this development process with the goal of taking all the important points into consideration: didactic ideas, structural requirements, quality requirements, legal provisions, and manageability.

Access to study

Questions about access to the bachelor's program should be addressed to the Office for student Affairs. Access and admission to studies are regulated by statute. Unit 13: Teaching and Learning coordinates the design of such statutes referring to the master's degree programs, including the master’s programs in teacher education. The statutes governing access and admission to specialized master programs are called “Admission Regulations” (AO). Please contact us if you have any questions..

Exams

[Translate to English:] Every degree program has its own examination regulations. If a study program is newly established , you start with a package of documents. For a change to an existing program, deadlines for the announcement of a change must be and various documents submitted to the regulatory team.

Internships

If an internship is a compulsory component of a degree course, internship regulations are required. Thesis can be created in the process of establishing a new course of study or changed in the context of an existing study program. We can provide you with a specimen (link), which can be adapted to your needs. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Continuing Education

All statutes containing regulations on further education courses are coordinated by the Academy for Further Education . The approval of these statutes accompanies the department 13. We provide samples and specifications (eg the general part for examination regulations in the area of scientific further education of the University of Bremen).
