Researchers from the markstones Institute for Marketing, Branding and Technology also presented their own papers at the 85th VHB Conference in Göttingen. Members of the Retail and Logistics Management Working Group presented the latest research findings from their field. Justin Hüsemann presented his research on “Resilience Management in Retail Logistics.” In his presentation, he examined various approaches to managing resilience in retail logistics. In particular, he emphasized the importance of specific employee characteristics that should be specifically cultivated. Additionally, relevant contextual factors were discussed that can both strengthen and weaken resilience within logistics systems.
