                            <description>&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Kilian Holsten has been working as a research assistant and doctoral candidate in Prof. Dr. Maik Eisenbeiß&amp;#039;s “Digital Marketing” working group since March 2026.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;He completed his bachelor&amp;#039;s degree in business administration (B.Sc.) at the University of Hamburg and his master&amp;#039;s degree in business administration (M.Sc.) at the University of Bremen. During his master&amp;#039;s studies, he focused on marketing and brand management as well as start-up and SME management.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;He gained practical experience in CSRD consulting, digital marketing, and influencer marketing, among other areas.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;</description>
