Participation in the EAWOP Early Career Summer School

Dr. Julian Decius participated in the 8th EAWOP Early Career Summer School, which took place in Cyprus from June 07-11, 2022. The conference, supported by the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, brought together early career researchers mainly from Europe. In addition to workshops and discussion panels, the program also included keynote presentations by renowned professors. The Summer School was organized by the Cyprus Institute of Marketing.

The goal of this thematic focus is to examine conducive conditions for work-related learning, employability, and organizational development, both by managers (e.g., shaping learning culture) and by employees (e.g., job crafting).
