This involves, among other things, the analysis of the effects of personal attitudes as well as training to acquire competences for safe teamwork in high-risk areas such as aviation, space travel, medicine, police or fire brigades. The focus is e.g. on the development and evaluation of trainings as well as analyses of the effects of attitudes on teamwork and their possible change through debriefing and feedback.
