EXC The Martian Mindset
Krisztina Konya is a post-doctoral researcher in the DFG-funded of the Cluster of Excellence “The Martian Mindset.” and lead researcher in the Working Group “Data, Modeling and Uncertainty”.
The EXC focuses on the development of a sustainability paradigm. The extreme conditions on Mars are used to gain insights into the sustainable and efficient production of enough-to-use materials and parts. Human resources will also be scarce, which is why the development and investigation of effective collaboration between humans and agents in high-risk environments is a central component of this research project. We investigate teamwork and team performance in human-agent teams in extreme environments as well as in normal and exceptional situations.
