Master's Courses

The students deal with the function of personnel development in organisations and for employees as well as with different personnel development methods. The human resources department, the requirements analysis to identify PE needs, the learning objectives, the transfer of acquired knowledge and skills as well as the evaluation of measures are addressed. One focus is on the different training methods, which form the basis for the practical part of the seminar. The training methods are considered with regard to their strengths and weaknesses in relation to the learning objectives to be achieved in organisations. The seminar is rounded off with the topic Coaching as a transfer securing measure.

Acquisition of basic knowledge about the central topics of organizational and business psychology. In particular, knowledge of organisations, teams and individuals in organisations as well as consumption and advertising in the context of psychology. Review and critical reflection of the practical implementation of the topics in companies and industries.
