Master's Courses

Acquisition of basic knowledge about the central topics of organizational and business psychology. In particular, knowledge of organisations, teams and individuals in organisations as well as consumption and advertising in the context of psychology. Review and critical reflection of the practical implementation of the topics in companies and industries.

 

This module extends over a total of two semesters and is continued in the winter semester in Research Project Module II. In this module, students learn to work independently in groups to develop a research question on a current topic in the field of personnel, organisational and business psychology research based on current scientific findings. Based on an extensive literature review, students develop a central research question for their study project. The methodological approach and empirical design are then developed.The final examination is the preparation of a research proposal.
