Elena Büdenbender received her bachelor´s degree in Psychology 2016 at Georg-August-University Göttingen and finished her master´s in 2018 at Johannes-Gutenberg-University Mainz. She did a social psychological research internship, and worked as an undergraduate research assistant in Economic and Social Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, as well as Health Psychology. Her master thesis „HE SAID, SHE SAID - Reduktion sozialer Kategorisierung nach Geschlecht durch eine gemeinsame Bedrohung“ got awarded by the Gutenberg Teaching College.
Since December 2018, she works as a research assistant at the Department of Psychology at University of Bremen in the working group on Personality Psychology and Psychological Assessment. Within her Ph.D. thesis she is going to investigate the prediction of personal values via personality traitdimensions.
