Together with scientists from the University of Oldenburg, we will visit the Oldenburg Christmas market on 30 November 2024.

We will follow the smell of roasted almonds through Oldenburg's city centre to the Christmas market on the Rathausmarkt and Schloßplatz. Over 100 decorated wooden stalls are lined up here to form a large Christmas village. Surrounding the hustle and bustle of the market, the time-honoured buildings of the castle, the Old Town Hall and St. Lambert's Church radiate a contemplative calm.
