FGRES, together with its partners—the Research Group Optimization and Optimal Control (02C) at the University of Bremen, Steinbeis Innovationzentrum Energieplus (SIZ), Gärtnerhof Weyerdeelen, and Kreisjugendwerk AWO Bremen—announces the successful completion of the ground infrastructure for the BESTville Tiny House Village. This phase of the project included the construction of walkways, landscaping and green space development, as well as the installation of essential underground infrastructure such as fresh water supply, sewage systems, electrical distribution, and heating networks. Since the project’s inception, the site has undergone a significant transformation. Further developments are planned in the coming stages, with the long-term goal of establishing the Tiny House Village as a hub for research, technology demonstration, and stakeholder engagement.
