Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is not just a childhood condition—it evolves over time, influencing academic performance, relationships, work, and mental health. In this seminar, we will explore ADHD across different life stages, from childhood to adulthood, gaining insights from multiple perspectives. Topics will include diagnosis, genetic and environmental influences, brain development, gender differences, and emotional regulation. We will also examine the effects of diet, screen time, and sleep on symptoms and therapy options. By bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications through interactive discussions, this seminar will provide a comprehensive understanding of how ADHD manifests across the lifespan. It will be a weekly Thursday seminar from 12.00-14.00 starting April 10, 2025.
