Rough schedule:
April 11: Information event to introduce all projects and project partners June 8: First application deadline to improve the chance of receiving a desired project. June 13: Publication of remaining places June 20: Deadline for applications for remaining places. July 4: Publication of assignment to projects (team building) until July 25: First meeting of the team members as well as getting to know each other and onboarding by project partners - preparation of the kick-off presentation from July 28 - August 1: Preparatory workshops July 31: Submission of the kick-off presentation August 4: Joint kick-off event for all teams and companies. Presentation of the intro presentations - everyone gets to know each other! August 4 - August 21: Individual project work in the teams (full-time = min. 30 hours/week) / in between mandatory and voluntary coaching appointments with the team of lecturers and 2-3 social after-work events. Goal: Submission of the final presentation (coordinated with the company) / final or detailed presentation in the company in advance August 22: Final event with final presentations in front of all teams and companies as well as an interested audience. Followed by a social get-together.
