International Studies

International experience is becoming increasingly important for university graduates. International and thus intercultural competencies are of great importance in professional life. This includes not only foreign language skills but also social and communicative skills. The associated personal experiences are also invaluable. A stay abroad can be incorporated into all of the study programs offered at the University of Bremen. In order to be able to design this in the best possible way, you should inform yourself at an early stage and carefully read through the information gathered here.

Higher Education Fair

Every winter semester, the International Office organizes the large university fair “Studies and Internships Abroad” for all students. It always takes place in building GW2 in November. The various stands and lectures present a great opportunity for students to inform themselves about their options for studying abroad and foreign internships.

In addition to the International Office, other University institutions such as the Career Center and the Foreign Language Center, as well as external educational organizations and student initiatives such as the Erasmus Initiative, IAESTE or AIESEC provide information on all topics relating to studying abroad and internships.
