In today’s production, we strive to achieve the highest performance and the best quality of our products. To do so, we optimize our process chains, starting with finely tailored raw materials and under the assumption of abundant sources of energy. On Mars, parts for system repairs and modifications must be produced with impure raw materials and minimal energy expenditure. We will develop flexible elementary process units able to cope with material impurities and combine them to minimize energy consumption while meeting predefined part requirements.
