Servitization - Umwandlung von Produkten (und Ressourcen) in Dienstleistungen

Um unternehmerisches Denken dreht sich alles in der Online-Vortragsreihe „Entrepreneurial Talk Shows“ der YUFE-Allianz (Young Universities for the Future of Europe). Im Gespräch mit Expert:innen werden die unternehmerischen Kompetenzen gemäß dem Europäischer Referenzrahmen (EntreComp) beleuchtet und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten diskutiert. Die Veranstaltungsreihe findet bis Mai 2022 monatlich auf Englisch statt und wird jeweils von einer YUFE Partneruniversität ausgerichtet.
Die Veranstaltung am 7. Oktober 2021, 11 bis 13 Uhr, organisiert die YUFE-Partneruniversität University of Rijeka. Sie trägt den Titel „Servitization - Umwandlung von Produkten (und Ressourcen) in Dienstleistungen".

Unter Servitization versteht man die Umwandlung von Produkten oder Ressourcen in Dienstleistungen. Die heutige Nachfrage nach einem hohen Maß an Individualisierung hat zu einer Situation geführt, in der die Befriedigung der Kundenbedürfnisse durch die Bereitstellung eines materiellen Produkts allein nicht mehr ausreicht und das Angebot von physischen Gütern zusammen mit (oder als) Dienstleistungen erforderlich ist, um den Wert, den die Kund:innen erhalten, zu erhöhen. Die Servitisierung ermöglicht eine bessere Nutzung der Ressourcen, reduziert den ökologischen Fußabdruck und schafft langfristige und kundenorientierte Beziehungen. Die Teilnehmer:innen des Vortrags werden erfahren, was Servitization ist und welche Vorteile und Herausforderungen sie mit sich bringt. Der Referent wird die Umsetzung in kommerziellen oder wissenschaftlichen Organisationen skizzieren.

• Boris Golob (CEO des STEP RI Science & Technology Park University of Rijeka):
  Als Unternehmensberater und Dozent arbeitet Boris Golob seit mehr als 20 Jahren mit Start-ups, etablierten Unternehmen und Wissenschaftler:innen zusammen und hält Vorträge und Trainings für Unternehmer:innen und Wissenschaftler:innen in Kroatien und im Ausland. Seine Spezialgebiete sind Methoden der Produkt- und Dienstleistungsinnovation sowie Vermarktungsstrategien. Er ist außerdem ein führender Experte für Geschäftsmodellinnovationen in Südosteuropa. Er ist auch aktiv als EU EASME Horizon 2020/ EIC Accelerator Experte, Bureau Veritas zertifizierter Servitization Manager und zertifizierter Trainer für Business Model Canvas Strategyzer.

Die „Entrepreneurial Talk Shows“ sind in zwei Teile gegliedert: Die erste Hälfte des Vortrags steht allen Interessierten offen. Die zweite Hälfte ist als Workshop für Studierende der YUFE Universitäten angelegt, in dem sie die Möglichkeit haben, mit den Redner:innen zu diskutieren.

Servitization – transforming products (and resources) into services

Entrepreneurial thinking is the focus of the YUFE Alliance’s (Young Universities for the Future of Europe) online lecture series “Entrepreneurial Talk Shows”. In conversations with experts, entrepreneurial competences as determined by the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp) will be highlighted and possible applications discussed. The series will be held in English on a monthly basis until May 2022 and will be hosted by YUFE partner universities.
The event taking place on the 7th October 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm is organised by the YUFE partner university University of Rijeka. It is titled “Servitization – transforming products (and resources) into services".

Servitization is the transformation of products or resources into services. Today's demand for high customization and has led to a situation in which satisfying customer needs by only providing tangible product is no longer sufficient and the offering of physical goods together with (or as) services is required to raise the value the customers receive. Servitization enables better utilisation of the resources, reduces environmental footprint and creates long-term and customer-centric relationships. Participantsof the lecture will learn what servitization is and what benefits and challenges it brings to the world. The speaker will outline its implementation in commercial or scientific organisations.

• Boris Golob (CEO at STEP RI Science & Technology Park University of Rijeka):
  As a business consultant and lecturer for more than 20 years, Boris Golob has been working with startups, incumbent companies and scientists, and has been giving lectures and trainings to entrepreneurs and scientists in Croatia and abroad. His fields are product and service innovation methodologies and commercialization strategies. He is also a leading SE Europe expert in business model innovation. He is also active as EU EASME Horizon 2020/ EIC Accelerator expert evaluator, Bureau Veritas certified Servitization Manager and Business Model Canvas Strategyzer certified trainer.

The “Entrepreneurial Talk Shows” are divided into two parts: the first half of the lecture is open to all interested parties. The second half is designed as a workshop for students of YUFE universities, where they have the opportunity to discuss ideas with the speakers.
