Meeting of the Division for Work, Organizational, and Economic Psychology and Human Factors (AOW 21) at TU Chemnitz

This year's meeting of the Division for Work, Organizational, and Economic Psychology and Human Factors of the German Psychological Society took place as a hybrid conference from September 22–24 at the Technical University Chemnitz.

...Katharina Klug presented a recent study on the interactions between healthy leadership, self-leadership and flexible work design in cooperation with colleagues from the Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg. The contribution was part of a larger symposium focused on new perspectives in research on leadership and health.

Together with Eva Selenko (Loughborough University), Katharina Klug also chaired an online symposium on precarious employment with various contributions, for example on job insecurity, overqualification and financial stress.
