Who will be invited?

All graduates of the degree programs:

• Business Studies Bachelor,
• Economics Bachelor,
• Management and Electrical Engineering Bachelor,
• Business Studies Master,
• Business Psychology Master,
• Management Information Systems Master,
• Management and Electrical Engineering Master,
• PhD graduates from the faculty.

All graduates who have completed their studies by October 15, 2025 (graduation date) will be invited.

Please note that the final thesis must be submitted to the central examination office in good time so that the examiners can grade the thesis within the allotted time.

When will the invitations be sent out?

The invitations will be sent out from October 16, 2025. If you have not received an invitation by November 01, 2025, please contact us:

How many people may accompany me?

All graduates may bring up to 4 accompanying persons.

How much does admission to the festive graduation ceremony cost?

Admission is free. However, we request a donation of €10.00 per accompanying person to the Förderverein WiWib e.V. Further details on payment will be sent out with the invitation and admission ticket.

Is there a dress code?

An academic gown is mandatory for all graduates. The handling is taken over by the company College Fashion. The academic gown will be rented for the event and a rental fee will be charged. More information can be found in the invitation.

Will photos be taken?

A photographer will be on site and will take pictures throughout the event.

How can I get the pictures?

The pictures will be made available for download free of charge on the faculty’s homepage shortly after the graduation ceremony.
